International Company Search Procedure

In order to receive information on any company registered in the BVI, you must submit a search request form which includes all the instructions and applicable fees. It can be found by clicking on this hyperlink Search form

The company search also provides the following information; company name, company number, registration type, registration date, company status, status date, registered agent/office and the authorized shares as well as a list of all transactions filed with the Registry.
